Service Overview
The best service that any client can expect is not to require any.
However in reality, equipment does break down and software does cause problems
from time to time. At DTH/DKR we don't wait around for problems to occur. We
advocate preventative maintenance as a normal everyday routine. Whenever
possible we set up our clients' systems to do regular Scan disk, Defrag, file
cleanup and scanning for viruses.
Customer Service
Service is not a Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm state of affairs. Unlike
retail locations, we are always available for emergencies. Our day often starts
before 7am and we're often on the phone late into the evening. Our cell phones
are left on 24 hours a day.
Due to the particular business requirements of many of our clients, even
scheduled service often takes place outside normal business hours and on
weekends.
During those times when no technicians are available, and the problem cannot be
handled over the phone, we have made arrangements with another service firm to
back us up. This ensures that your will always be handled.
